Most of this is common sense, but the "suits" insist we include this stuff. We'll try and keep it short and to the point.
1) We can't possibly guarantee sign-ups or sales for your website or products. People's buying
decisions are varied and based on a multitude of variables we can't control. We hope you make money
as a result of the traffic campaign you have with us, but there's no guarantee.
2) We can't guarantee that our traffic stats will match your traffic stats software 100%. Again, there
are a lot of variables that could affect your traffic stats counting every visitor. We do absolutely know
that we are delivering every visitor that you paid for, but sometimes analytics and traffic stats software
don't quite catch them all. We are willing to listen if you encounter a large discrepency, but ultimately
our stats are the final authority.
3) We can't be responsible if you have errors or problems with your website. We don't have any control over
your website and although we can pause your campaign if you let us know, we can't refund or credit
you for any visitors you received while your website was down, unavailable, or displaying an error.
4) If you aren't happy with our services, we can only refund you for visitors that we have not yet delivered. This means
that if our stats show we have delivered all the visitors you ordered, then we don't have the ability to issue a refund.
5) We can't send traffic to your website if it contains illegal or pornographic content. We also don't permit
websites that have any pop-up or pop-under windows or sounds that are played when the page loads.
6) We can't think of much else to put here other than to thank you for actually reading the terms of use and to
wish you luck in your internet marketing endeavors and hope that all your traffic campaigns are successful and that
we are able to play a positive role in your website traffic purchasing activities.
